Situated just 15 minutes from Scone in NSW’s Hunter Valley region, Kia Ora is one of Australia’s most successful and progressive thoroughbred operations and an exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate horse person to join the team in a full-time, seasonal role for yearling preparation.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A great work ethic (and is super reliable)
- Hands-on horse experience
- An eye for detail and strong communication skills (with people and animals please!)
- The ability to work as part of a team
- And an up-to-date driver’s licence preferred but not essential
We’re looking to kick off your employment in early October and you’ll be part of the Kia Ora team all the way through to the end of the Inglis Easter Yearling Sale. If you’re a great fit for the team there is also the chance for this role to extend into full time employment.
